The Fuyuan Industrial Neighborhood Center project is located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, with a total construction area of 19,000 square meters.

This project employs advanced prefabricated modular construction techniques. The first floor features an elevated structure made of arched exposed concrete, while the second and third floors consist of 180 prefabricated steel modular units.

The project aims to create a one-stop lifestyle service complex that integrates public transportation with commercial services, including retail, dining, and entertainment.

By utilizing Tekla modeling to thoroughly understand the design intent and leveraging BIM and CAD technologies for precise layout and custom steel formwork, the construction timeline was significantly shortened. During the construction phase, a “work while resting” strategy was implemented, allowing for the installation of 88 modules within just seven days, ensuring the project was completed on schedule.
