The mall is designed to offer a variety of products and services for customers, such as furniture, electronics, home appliances, fashion, food and beverage, and entertainment. The mall will also feature a hotel, a Soho apartment, and a warehouse.

The project is undertaken by Shanghai HIG HOUSE Co., Limited, a company that specializes in issuing design drawings and 3D renderings for the mall picture, 3D video demonstrations, production of container houses, electrical distribution, transportation, and on-site project installation.
