The enormous project Istanbul Marina

Three blocks of residental containers, including the construction site buildings that will be used in the Istanbul Marina project that was carried out by the company DAP Construction, were delivered between the real estate housing development and the former Yunus cement factory.The company needed to provide quality accommodations for their workforce while ensuring maximum efficiency and comfort amidst the bustling construction site.

Solutions:
DAP Construction turned to HIG’s innovative residential containers to address this challenge. They embarked on a remarkable journey to construct a complex that would not only meet their housing needs but also elevate the living standards of their employees. The solution involved the creation of three blocks of three-story residential container buildings.

Each block was meticulously designed using HIG’s state-of-the-art residential containers, featuring modern amenities and a focus on comfort. A highlight of the project was the spacious dining room, constructed with the 3×7 fully bolted container system, boasting a remarkable total area of 819 square meters. This dining facility was designed to cater to up to 600 employees simultaneously, ensuring everyone had access to quality meals.

The warehouse facilities were equally impressive, with three floors and two blocks covering an expansive area of 1,536 square meters and providing 480 beds in total. To enhance convenience, WC and shower facilities were thoughtfully separated on each floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for the workforce.
